I don't like Oprah. I know, how dare I say such a thing! Well I said it and I'll say it again. I can't STAND Oprah...on most days. Now before people start listing Oprah's list of good deeds I have to admit that I admire Oprah the philanthropist. I just don't like Oprah the celebrity. Why you ask? Because she thinks she knows everything and is better than everyone else. She invites people on her show who have made mistakes and then psychoanalyzes them without any qualifications to back up her reasoning. A phrase I hear her say often is "...now you were thinking you could (insert derogatory comment), weren't you." Oprah, you have no idea what the man was thinking, quit assuming you do! My biggest beef with Oprah is that every month, for the last 5+ years she's put her picture on the cover of O magazine.
Nothing says "I love me" bigger than having a monthly photo shoot and plastering your face in a magazine that is seen on the racks by millions. Thanks for the lesson in humility Oprah!

i agree christie. i think she's annoying! my biggest "beef" with her lately, besides politics:) is that i happened to see an episode where she had a cosby show reunion. i was stoked! i love the cosby show. but, instead of it being a great reunion of a great cast, a "where are they now" episode, while showing old clips...it was a black pride show. i don't mean to be racist, but it was all about how blacks in the 70's and 80's were still oppressed and how they had to stick together to have rights and priveledges. excuse me! Cliff (Bill) was a Dr. an OBGYN...a specialist to be exact and his wife was a Lawyer. Life must be rough. i don't know about you, but both my mom and dad are white. i was raised in the 80's and he was a farmer and my mom stayed home. hmmm...who more than likely had the "better" life.

OMG, I can't stand her either, and for all the same reasons! Three people (so far, and I'm sure more will come forth)united in the same thought...yes, we have stuck it to her!! If I'm forced to watch daytime TV, let it be the most over-acted, sappy soap ever rather than Oprah. As for her magazine, besides the annoying air-brushed narcissistic covers, I hate the enormous O!!!
